Ruth and Roots is excited to offer a “Refer and Earn” reward program that generates another stream of income for our partners. By signing up for our Refer and Earn program, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Commission
Affiliates will earn 5% commission on all valid sales generated through their unique referral link.
Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) of completed transactions.
2. Cookie Period
The affiliate tracking system uses cookies to attribute
sales to the correct affiliate. The cookie lifespan is 30 days. If a referred customer makes
a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be
credited to you.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Commissions will not be awarded for refunded, canceled, or
fraudulent transactions. If a transaction is reversed or refunded after a commission
has been paid, RuthandRoots reserves the right to
deduct the corresponding amount from future commissions.
4. Payouts
Affiliates payouts will be made monthly through bank transfer. A minimum balance of 10,000 naira must be reached before payouts are issued.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent Ruth and Roots. Engage in fraudulent activities to generate sales.
6. Program Termination
RuthandRoots reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time if these terms are
violated.
