TERM AND CONDITION FOR SHIPPING

1. All customers, both local and international,  are mandated to read our terms and conditions on the Ruth and Roots website (www.ruthandroots.com), irrespective of the consultation platform – online, in person, telephone, social media).

2. Root and Roots trading as Olaherbals does not ship and is not liable for any shipping cost paid to any of our third party shipping companies. Any shipping company used is not a subsidiary of Ruth and Roots, so we only propose, advice or recommend usage of their service.

3. In the instance where products shipped in good condition gets damaged in transit or upon arrival, Ruth and Roots is not liable for any damages.

4. All international customers are expected to be aware of the herbal shipping policies in their respective locations and to communicate this immediately with Ruth and Roots, to avoid return, damages or seizure on arrival.

5. In the instance where orders are delayed by customs, NDLEA,  or any border regulatory body, Ruth and Roots is not liable for any delay, or damage this may result to.

DISCLAIMER

The meal plan and consultation are complimentary when you purchase any of our Fibroid or Fertility Treatment Packages. However, if accessed independently, the meal plan attracts a fee of ₦150,000, and consultation costs ₦20,000.
